Türkiye housing sales rose 15.8% in June 2026

TÜİK reported 129,979 home sales in June 2026, up 15.8% year on year. Of these, 43,406 were first sales and 86,573 were resales.

Mortgage-backed transactions recorded the sharpest move, rising 72.1% to 25,993. This does not automatically mean cheap finance, but it does show renewed buyer participation where the right property and credit structure meet.
